**Return and Refund Policy for Limo Services**

Thank you for choosing Rajab Limo Services for your luxury transportation needs. We strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and a seamless experience. In the event that you need to cancel or request a refund for our limo services, please review our policy below.

### 1. **Cancellations and Refunds**
#### **Advance Bookings**
- **Full Refund**: Bookings canceled **48 hours or more** before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- **Partial Refund**: Bookings canceled between **24 and 48 hours** before the scheduled service time will receive a **50% refund** of the total booking fee.
- **No Refund**: Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund.
#### **Same-Day Bookings**
For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, cancellations are subject to a **no-refund policy** due to the immediate nature of the service and reservation commitment.
### 2. **No-Show Policy**
If the passenger does not show up at the designated pick-up location within **15 minutes** of the scheduled service time without prior notification, the reservation will be marked as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued. The driver may depart after 15 minutes if contact has not been made.
### 3. **Service Modifications**
We understand that travel plans may change. If you need to modify your booking details:
- **Changes to Date or Time**: We will attempt to accommodate changes made **at least 24 hours** in advance. Additional fees may apply based on the nature of the modification and availability.
- **Upgrades or Vehicle Changes**: Requests for vehicle upgrades or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
*Note: Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may not be accommodated, and no refund will be provided if changes are not possible.*
### 4. **Refund Processing**
Refunds are typically processed within **7-10 business days** of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that certain financial institutions may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
### 5. **Exceptions**
In rare cases, refunds may be issued beyond the terms stated above due to extenuating circumstances, such as:
- Severe weather or natural disasters impacting service.
- Unforeseen technical issues or vehicle breakdowns that prevent us from delivering service.
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
